In this 12 week course you'll LEARN & PRACTICE:
Achieving wellness is a journey. Aligning and preparing your mindset first, is important. And though I am your guide holding the map, it's still up to you to set the goals for your own destination.
Establishing routines and habits helps to set the tone for a good foundation. I will guide you in forming and building good routines and habits that will become lasting lifestyle changes.
Did you know our environment can effect our mental clarity and focus? Creating a nurturing environment for yourself to thrive is so relevant to a lifestyle of wellness. You will learn practical ways to support your body and mind for the journey ahead.
Do you find what our culture defines as HEALTHY confusing? I'll teach you the basics of nutrition so that you can define that for yourself and your family.
It's no secret that physical activity and movement is essential to our health. We all have different levels of Fitness so its also important to know your own limits to prevent burnout. If you struggle to stay consistent you're not alone. We can do it together. Slow and steady is the race.
Do you plan FUN first? I didn't realize (as a parent and working mom) how important PLANNING time for recreation really was until I began to peel the layers of working on my health. It's part of the balance that our body and mind need! So let's plan some FUN!
We are going deeper; here we get to the thoughts that keep us from moving forward, the words that repeat in our minds and block us from reaching our best self. We'll learn to recognize and manage and master those thoughts.
Did you know that unprocessed emotions like anger, bitterness, and grief can keep us stuck. They can even manifest in our physical health. Ever had a stomach ache when nervous? Learn tools to help process those emotions.
In terms of our emotional health we often neglect of our future self. We entangle ourselves in shame and blame, keep record of "wrongs" in our relationships, people please, and hang on to perfectionism, not thinking of the results it could have on our health in the long run. Here we will learn how to be kinder to our future selves.
Our spiritual health is perhaps the most important of all. This is where we look at our TRUE IDENTITY, the way GOD sees us. His beautiful creation!
Self-care is so much more that just "treating" ourselves. This has become a trendy concept but we will explore what self-care really means and how managing our stress is an important part of that.
In todays fast pace culture, rest and quality sleep are often neglected and under valued. We will finish out by learning the importance of allowing time for our bodies to rest and recover. Our health journey is just that, a journey, not a destination. We recharge and keep going, slow and steady.

There will be weekly LIVE teachings on each of the 12 topics via the Zoom platform. This is where you will be equipped with the tools to create a firm foundation for a healthy lifestyle and where you will be inspired to make lasting change that will transform your life.
Live Coaching and Q&A
Opportunities for LIVE coaching and Q&A sessions as a group will be available . Ask your questions or get extra coaching where you might feel stuck, chances are your group members might have the same question.
NOTE For beta group: If you cannot attend Live Sessions, every effort will be made to make sure a recording is available for LIVE teachings and Q&A/ Coaching.
On-on-One Coaching
Mindset is so important to this program. You will get bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions throughout the 12 week course (6 one hour sessions). This is where you will be able to talk through those sticking points with your coach.
Workbook & Weekly Implementation
You will receive a weekly e-mail with workbook pages and an implementation assignment to put into practice.
